Depositing into your PlayZone wallet
PlayZone funds your wallet from your mobile money account. There are no card numbers to type and no bank transfer to wait on.

Making a deposit
- Open your wallet. Tap the wallet in the PlayZone app.
- Choose deposit and pick an amount, either a preset or your own figure.
- Enter your mobile number — the one attached to the account you are paying from.
- Confirm on your phone. You will get a prompt from the payment provider asking you to approve the transaction.
- Check your balance. Once approved, the funds appear in your PlayZone wallet immediately and are ready to stake on any game.
If a deposit does not appear
Deposits are normally instant, so a missing balance usually means the payment did not complete rather than that it went astray. Work through these in order:
- Check whether the amount actually left your mobile account. If it did not, the transaction was never approved and nothing was taken.
- Confirm the mobile number you entered matches the account you paid from — a mismatch is the single most common cause.
- Reopen the app so the wallet refreshes rather than showing a cached balance.
- If money left your account and the wallet is still short after a few minutes, contact support with the time, amount and mobile number used.
Only deposit from your own account. Withdrawals are paid back to the mobile account that funded the wallet, so depositing from someone else's number complicates getting your money out.
